My name is Sam Wasserstrum, I am the owner and founder of Certs Direct Ltd. Were a London based property service company.
I launched the real estate services company Certs Direct after having previously worked in Property management, Lettings, and Maintenance and had the opportunity to experience the constant struggles managers and landlords have on a daily basis keeping track of property conditions, certificates being up to date and handled efficiently as well as ensuring the units are let out fast by using effective real estate marketing strategies which attracts potential buyers/renters and vendors.
I Launched the company with the goal to bring property agents and landlords more reliable service and quicker results which ultimately allows them to stay focused on the jobs as well as cutting down on potential loss of income.
As the owner and founder of Certs Direct I have committed myself to personally oversee operations to insure the highest level of quality in every aspect of the company.
